Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy:

Booking Deposit: Non-Refundable
- The initial deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable. This applies regardless of the time of cancellation.

Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before Travel:
- If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the scheduled travel date, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained, and the remaining 50% will be refunded within 30 days from the cancellation date.

Cancellations Made Between 15 and 29 Days Before Travel:
- For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled travel date, 75% of the total booking amount will be retained, and the remaining 25% will be refunded within 30 days from cancellation date.

Cancellations Made 7 to 14 Days Before Travel:
- If you cancel your booking between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled travel date, the full booking amount will be retained, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellations Made Within 7 Days of Travel:
- For cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled travel date, the full booking amount will be retained, and no refund will be provided.

- All cancellations must be made in writing via email to our customer service team.
- The cancellation policy applies to all bookings unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
